I've always been a fan of the industrial look but I feel like this is a getaway for a "boom boom room" adventure. Not sure if the storm was making my life difficult for this place's visit. But the electricity flickered a couple of times and the wifi was either weak or not working at all which made working virtually at nighttime null and void. I had to be sure to close the door immediately since I had two crickets come inside to become this hotel room's next squatter. Keep in mind I don't fair well with bugs so I placed the empty trashcan on top of it. 0_0 ( Sorry housekeepers for that bug surprise.) The bed was a bit on the basic side and my back the next day did not enjoy it. The Cigarette burn on the nightstand gave it some extra personality and if the furniture could talk I feel like it would have some stories. The parking lot was filled with cars throughout the night that had great R&B musical taste (that was bumpin'), the guests upstairs I think were practicing for a gymnastics tournament and honestly, I welcomed the smell of weed that someone was smoking outside my door since the room had a mild musty odor of cigarette smoke (which I am to blame since I thought I booked a non-smoking room). I did like their check-in area... it was cute and modern. They had Dr. Pepper *YAY* and candy available which was great. :) If I was booking this place for family. ⭐ 1/5 stars If I was booking this room for a business trip. ⭐ 1/5 stars The Pictures don't show the details and the smells. lol If I was booking this place for Boom Boom Adventures ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 stars - Had a view inside the shower from the bed. - Shower was big enough for 2+ people. - Plenty of sexy time dancing space in front of the Chaise lounge or if you like breakdancing - Super LOW lighting, perfect for people with no self-esteem or possibly a butterface. - MASSIVE mirror in the bathroom to... see all the angles of your birthday suit, which is located in front of the shower. - Mouthwash was available (lol I've only got that once in an "adults only" hotel if you get what I mean.) - Didn't use my credit card details for incidentals.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I don’t even know where to begin this was our second time coming here and it would be the last. First off nothing works both times I been here neither the microwave or stove worked and they didn’t have a phone so we couldn’t call to report the issue. Second, I booked a room stating that I have a service animal along with me and they took my money but the next day they kicked us out saying it’s private property and they don’t allow animals. We were already under stress from some circumstances and we had to add on more to hurry and get another hotel. So basically their customer service and room is terrible and would advise you not to book here.

Joni Taylor Gold a minute ago on Google 1/5 We have stayed here before. Had a wonderful experience. Loved the room. Place was great setting. It was the go to hotel when all my family from KS went to see our family in Houston. Including last year when our beloved family member Nikki Araguz Loyd died. The hotel provided a discount. Very nice in our treatment. Sadly, then this week my sister- Sheri - Nikki mother died unexpectedly too. My niece, while making arrangements for my sister, actually took the time to DRIVE to Bella and speak to the manager personally regarding family coming into Houston and a small discount. He agreed. Said we just needed to call and explain the funeral. well I did just call- and the woman clerk was curt , cold speaking and said NO DISCOUNT that she "knew about". Firmly and coldly Refused to offer a discount or even take my reservation what so over. Referred me to expedia. Umm no- I tried to explain what my niece had done and she'd spoken to manager and asked for the manager , she said curtly he was "gone until Wed" . She said "he said nothing to me" so no , I cant give any discount. It was her attitude and coldness that made me angry. No offer to reach out to him. When I asked her to- she refused. So NO I do NOT recommend a business to a hotel that has staff who are rude , insensitive and cold speaking - while a family is grieving the loss of a loved one. She even said curtly "go head and just call another place". Really? Guess Bella got plenty of customers. I was upset and shocked. HE should have reminded her- yes? But SHE should have and could have handled this much different. Period.

My overall rating is a 5.75/10 here is why. Hotel Bella is a bit of a enigma. The property is a reminder of functionalist architecture with the upper level, this is where we stayed. On this level the hallway was windowless and the flooring reminded you of a public pool both with the color scheme and drains for decor. The only way we saw you could access the upper level is with their unfitting rainbow colored stairs (no elevators for larger items). The cleanliness of the building was standard, nothing above. We noticed the seals of the complementary mouthwash and lotion we broken and used. There are other things that the photos from Hotels.com, Trip Advisor, and Booking.com do NOT entail: - the unusual bystanders that occupy the hallways of the property. - others appear to be there for an extended stay. - the nice proximity to a Walmart and Raising Canes - nonexistent noise barrier between the neighboring streets and suites - finally, lack of sufficient light within the suite. In the future, I would consider staying there if the price point was closer to 70$ not 107$.

I was recommended by family members who have stayed at the hotel before and I have to admit I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was ultra modern with a small kitchenette. I was clean and roomy. The only drawback was that because it was near a busy street, the room seamed to shake when trucks passed by. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I would stay here again.
